Taunton Fabrications was commissioned directly by the client to provide the architectural ribbon that linked the split levels of this 18th century industrial building.
The ribbon was made up of walkways and linking stairs, which had unique pattern tread plate decking, laser cut especially to meet the client specifications.
The walkway was featured in Channel 4's "Grand Designs", with the completed Apprentice Store featuring in presenter Kevin McCloud's top 5 of all time.
